Minuteman Foundation's Officers & Trustees
The Board of Trustees will vary in number from time to time and will consist of three to twenty-five members with the responsibility for
determining policies and procedures, cause them to be implemented and revising
them from time to time. The Officers are selected by the Board of Trustees in accordance with the
provisions of the bylaws.

The Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is made up of your friends and neighbors living in Sun
City Anthem. The Board is totally made up of volunteers who serve without
compensation, so virtually all of the
gifts received go directly to the point of need. They are dedicated to making
sure that the foundation is run effectively, and that it conforms to all
governing documents and applicable laws.
