A bequest is the gift by will. Especially, money or other personal property. We strongly recommend you contact your attorney regarding the wording of the clauses to be placed in your will. 

Possible Categories

You may make your real or personal property gift to The Minuteman Foundation, Inc., 2505 Anthem Village Drive, Suite E-480, Henderson, NV 89052-5506 for unrestricted use by the Foundation, or to restrict its use by the establishment of a fund for your charitable purposes. The gift may be for a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or for the residual amounts.
